1. Account & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and making bookings.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.
• Accounts are verified via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your mobile number.

2. Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (in full or per the selected payment plan), unless otherwise stated.
• A pending booking that isn't paid within the stated payment window may be automatically released to keep the slot available to other customers.
• Session date, time, equipment, and add-ons are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling, where enabled, is subject to studio availability and any applicable cutoff windows.

3. Payments & Invoicing

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partners (Razorpay, Cashfree, or Stripe). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details.
• GST-compliant invoices are generated for paid bookings in accordance with applicable tax law.
• Prices for services, equipment, and add-ons are as displayed at the time of booking and may change for future bookings without notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service booked and how far in advance the cancellation is requested. Please contact us directly for cancellation requests — refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Studio Conduct & Liability

• You agree to use studio equipment and facilities responsibly and as instructed by our staff.
• You are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by misuse during your session.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
• Content you create during sessions (recordings, files) remains yours; files uploaded to us for a booking are handled per our Privacy Policy.

6. Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive booking confirmations, reminders, payment receipts, and service updates via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or push notification. You can opt out of non-essential push notifications from the app's settings at any time.

7. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time via our Account Deletion page. Booking, invoice, and payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations even after account deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
