• Device information and push-notification tokens, if you use our mobile app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To verify your identity via one-time passcodes (OTP) sent by SMS or WhatsApp.
• To process payments and generate GST-compliant invoices.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, payment receipts, and service updates via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or push notification.
• To respond to support requests and improve our services.
• To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited information with trusted third parties strictly to provide our services:

• Payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe) — to process your payments securely.
• WhatsApp/SMS providers (e.g. AiSensy) — to deliver OTPs and booking notifications.
• Push notification services (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — to deliver in-app alerts on the mobile app.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually bound to protect it.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking, invoice, and payment records for as long as required by applicable tax and financial regulations, even after an account is deleted. Account profile data is removed or anonymized when you request account deletion, subject to these legal retention requirements.

5. Your Rights

• You can view and update your profile information at any time from your account.
• You can request deletion of your account and personal data.
• You can opt out of push notifications from the app's notification settings.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and secure payment gateway integrations — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data to the best of our ability.

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
